Key Performance Indicators
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are measurements mandated by the Ontario government that tell us how well we’re meeting the needs of graduates and employers. We ask our graduates and the employers who hire our graduates to complete surveys on an annual basis. The KPIs include the following:
- Graduate employment
- Graduate satisfaction
- Employer satisfaction
- Graduation rate
OSAP Loan Default Rates
The OSAP loan default rates reflect the repayment status of students who received Ontario Student Loans during the 2020–2021 academic year and completed or left their studies by 2021–2022. The most recent assessment of these loans was conducted in 2023—approximately two years after students entered repayment.
A student loan is considered in default when no payments have been made for at least 90 days and the Government of Ontario has paid the bank’s claim for the loan. At that point, loan recovery is handled by a third-party collection agency.
Understanding default rates can help students make informed decisions about their education financing. Career College Group is committed to providing the training, support, and guidance needed to help students succeed—during their program and after graduation.
