This program is open to anyone interested in starting a real estate career in Ontario. No previous industry experience is required, but you should be ready to commit to learning the skills and knowledge needed for success. You’ll need to meet the following requirements:

Language Proficiency
The program is delivered in English. You’ll need strong reading, writing, and communication skills to succeed in the coursework and exams. -
Legal Name Requirement:
You must register using your full legal name, as required by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). -
Program Eligibility:
Our program is recognized by RECO, Ontario’s real estate regulator, as part of the licensing process. You must meet any additional requirements set out by provincial regulations. If you’ve completed prior real estate education, you may qualify for course exemptions or advanced standing. Check with our team to confirm your eligibility. -
Course Completion:
All students must meet RECO’s criteria to register as real estate professionals in Ontario. To qualify for your license, you’ll need to complete all required courses and assessments. Each one must be passed before you can move on to the next.
